Admissions

Registration:

  • All the visitors interested in admission of their wards are requested to fill a visitor's slip available at reception.
  • The P.R.O arranges an initial meeting with principal who provides detailed information about our Institution and curriculum etc. The principal will interview the child and the parents, & then will offer an admission on spot if basic requirements for admission including availability of seats are met. Parents have to collect ADMISSION FORM from the reception.
Regular Classes:

After completion of admission formalities the child can attend the classes.

Exercise books and Stationeries:

Uniform:

Students must come in neat and tidy dresses.

School Timing:

The following class timings are observed:

From 7:45 am to 1:15 pm
(Monday to Thursday)
From 7:45 am to 12:15 pm
(For Friday)
The student must enter the school premises before time. Late comers are not allowed into the school. Student can't leave the school during school hours. In case of any emergency parents should submit a request in writing and pick the child after obtaining approval from the principal.

Attendance:

The student must maintain 90% attendance. Absence due to any unavoidable circumstances must be followed by a written application duly signed by the parents in case of prolonged absence due to ill health, a medical certificate should be submitted with leave application. An absence of any five continues working days without prior information may result in drop page of the students from our roll.

Code of Conduct:

All students must observe the school rules within the school premises.

  • Students should be neatly dressed.
  • Girls should have simple hair-do. Girls are not to put on jewellery.
  • Absentees, upon return, must produce a medical certificate or documentary evidence as the case may be along with an application duly endorsed by parents/guardians.
  • Students must qualify all class tests, terminal and annual examination.

Uniform:

  • Light green airline shirt with white shalwar for students from class I to III.
  • For Students from class V and onwards light green shirt with white shalwar and with dupatta.
  • Black shoes and white socks for all students.
  • Dark green cardigan.
  • For P.T white plain shirt, white shalwar, white tennis shoes and white socks.
