The Foundation School offers a complete educational program for the kids between the ages of 2.6 to 5.6 under the supervision of trained, qualified and well experience Montessori Directress. The teaching resources include: Well Equipped Montessori Apparatus, Audio / Video Facilities, Musical Instruments, Puzzles, numerous Games and various educational activities. Entertaining and Educational Documentaries are also played on Multimedia Projector to induce real life authentic knowledge of the world in the students.

The school provides quality education by keeping in mind every individual student's needs and differences. It promotes love, passion and harmony of learning and growth of positive self-esteem. All children including those who need extremely special care are facilitated and assisted through a variety of individualized programmers. Knowledge is spread at every corner of the school. The classrooms are wide, spacious, airy, bright, equipped with sophisticated Montessori equipments and air-conditioned rooms accordingly which help a lot in creating highly encouraging environment for learning.

What Students Learn At Montessori

Montessori is a complete system of education where a child is accepted at the age of 2 years and prepared for class I under supervision of qualified Directress. The most effective part of Montessori System of Education is Personality Building of the child. For the convenience of parents, we have classified the Montessori Group among three categories:

  • Montessori Reception
  • Montessori Junior
  • Montessori Senior
Montessori Reception

Children aged 2 years are accepted in this group and stay here for 1 year. In this group Directress normalized the child and gives him / her exercises mostly related with practical life and Sense-Development. Numbers and alphabets are introduced. Cultural Activities are also orally introduced. Different themes are introduced. Basic concepts of Shapes and Colors are introduced in this class. All the working depends on Tracing and Coloring.

Montessori Junior

Usually children aged 3 years enter into this group and spend here complete 1 year. Proper writing is taught to this group while the exercises of Grace, Courtesy, Self-Development and Senses Development continue. Enrichment of Vocabulary and ability to express him / her is emphasized. All the other subjects mentioned above go side by side.

Montessori Senior

This is the final year of Montessori Education where children are prepared for class I. they start writing small paragraphs, read phonetic books and speak small sentences. Addition, Subtraction, Tables, Skip Numbers, Writing up to 100 in words and figures, Backward Counting, Even and Odd Numbers, all are on the finger tips of our students by the time they pass out from senior at the age of 5-6 years after passing 3 years with us.

Admission Policy

At the Montessori Reception, Junior and Senior, an informal assessment based on the child's age is conducted. Generally the vocabulary and recognition of letters concepts of colors and numbers is assessed. In addition to the assessment, a formal interview is conducted with both the parent.
